- Purpose of Collection: To provide information necessary for the b.stage membership pre-sale benefit for 2025 JAY B CONCERT [TAPE:RE LOAD FINALE] IN SEOUL

- Information Collected: Full name, membership number, contact information

- Retention and Usage Period: From the end of the survey until the end of the concert
