Regarding Private Gifts: To better honor the heart and support you send, we will only accept fan letters and politely decline all other personal gifts. Important Precautions Only fan letters can be received and delivered. No other gifts will be accepted. Items are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Overlapping Schedules: Priority is given to the individual or group that applied first. Fair Rotation: A single group or individual cannot provide support for consecutive days; even if you apply first, you may be excluded to allow others a turn. Private Schedules: Support is strictly prohibited for unannounced/private schedules. Food Support: Please ensure food does not spoil. Containers (boxes, thermoses, lunch boxes, etc.) used for food delivery will not be returned. Discretionary Approval: Please understand that even for "eligible" schedules, support may not be possible depending on the circumstances.
